PRICES

Silver Fern Sport reserves the right to alter prices for any reason. Prices on the site are shown in the local countries currency and include sales Tax GST, VAT or other.

FREIGHT

Freight will be as per the freight table in each country. Bulky Items denoted by a BI will be quoted on a case by case basis. Silver Fern will come back to you within 24 hours with a freight quote on these items.

PRODUCTS

Products will be modified in design and Specification from time to time. Silver Fern will attempt to contact you if this occurs. If you are not happy with the alternative Silver Fern will refund or exchange your purchase.

CLAIMS AND EXCHANGES

Stock items will be accepted for refund if they are returned in their original packaging and are resalable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Custom products cannot be returned

DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES

Must be notified within 24 hours of arrival and include photos of proof. If inside this period they product will be exchanged or Refunded.

Claims outside this period will not be accepted.

PAYMENTS

Unless a School club or business has an account payment must be made in advance prior to dispatch.

PRIVACY POLICY

Silver Fern will make every possible action to protect your privacy. We will not transfer customer information to any 3^rd party.

This catalogue and our website (or any part there of) cannot be reproduced in any form whatsoever without prior written approval from Silverfern Sport. Errors and omissions excepted.
